I have entered what I believe is correct information setting up Direct FTP to connect to my S-drive. But I continue to get this error.

server: mysite.com
username: my CC login
password: my CC login pw.

this is the error message I receive.

"There was a problem connecting to your host or proxy. Please check your server settings and try again. If you are sure you have entered the correct information, please contact your network administrator or the server administrator. [7] Additional information: couldn't connect to host."

Hi Matthew
In direct ftp you select the little shiftier icon to setup a S-Drive connection.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

To my knowledge I did all of that. I opened the help document and followed the step by step directions.
