not able to delete pictures in direct...

hello there,

i am working with coffeecup FTP direct

i have a lot of pics on my server

but the search option does not work with all pics
is there a limit somehow

when i upload a picture

the system recognizes it when the picture is allready on the server

but when i just search the same number

it does not appear in the list

so how do i delete a picture of my productpics

when i cannot reach it ?

What type of images are you searching? Could it be a .jpg or .JPG issue?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

hi Eric,

it is not an issue weather i use .jpg or .JPG

usually i delete all pictures of products that are sold

when i cannot find the picture i tested to upload the same picture

then the system tells me the picture is allready there

but how to delete the picture when the system does not show it ?

Are you uploading your images with direct ftp? Where are you finding the image search option? I've never seen it.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

anyone has an answer ?

i want to delete some pics in direct ftp

they are there

but are not shown

so i cannot delete them

how can i reacht my pictures ?

I once had a problem with a file whose name continued to appear on the server despite efforts to remove it using not only Direct FTP but also similar programs. I contacted my hosting service who promptly sorted the matter - the problem was at their end.
