I have an e-mail address field on my from and am unable to find a regex for e-mail address (think that's kind of odd as WFB has a lot of other regex). I've looked into all the documentation and found all the regex stuff, but alas, no e-mail regex.

All I need to validate is that the e-mail address is in the correct format, i.e., something@something.domain. It does NOT need to validate if the e-mail exists. However, if it could validate that the e-mail address actually exists, that would be awesome!
