Any one experience this issue of have a fix for it?

Find and replace lets me identify an identical line of code in multiple files, and replace it with a new line of code. This was working fine and then just last night suddenly stopped working, allowing me only to change 1 file at a time. If anyone has a fix for this, I would greatly appreciate your feedback here. Thank you
