Idiotic message! - Post ID 304512

Hi, whenever I try to open the editor I get this error message.
When I click on "Use other account", same thing happens.
Can someone tell me how to get rid of this so I can actually use the editor?

Or alternatively go to your support room and inform them, they can check your account login details and perhaps reset the login password.

The error message is the attached .jpg.
I have never needed a login password, it's a paid application, why should I log in in the first place?

Sorry couldn't see the attached file, of course you need the correct account details in order to open any coffee up application you own, this is normally your email address and the password you use to login to coffeecup so check that and tge password that is being used is correct for that application and by the way if you read the error message, it even says contact your support room for assistance.

I get that once and a while. It has to do with internet connection for me. I choose exit app and it launches the Editor.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I have used the editor for several years and I have never had to enter login credentials to use it. Again, why would I need to log into any application on my SSD? And, btw, I did read the error message, hence my inquiry here! First line of defense, so to speak.

This isn't your support room, most of us here are normal users no knowledge of your ac pony detailstge login username and password is set when you download the application after purchase perhaps you could name me any application (paid for not free) where you don't have to enter a usernane and or a password
at the time of purchase that isn't required in order to open that application (even if it is automatic, as per CCUP applications (message when loading checking your CCUP account (usually your email address )))
It has happened to me a couple of times when I manually changed my password for CCUP and then forgot to change it in one of the cc apps I use, sometimes I even forget what I changed it to, at which point I contact customer services request they set up a new password, which they do pretty quickly, boom done back to normal,
