Hi, as a relative newbie, I downloaded some templates to use as a starting point for my website.

Issue is, when the pages (which include Javascript menus/navigation) are opened and saved using Coffee Cup HTML Editor, the Javascript seems to corrupt and on loading pops up with a Syntax error and then produces runtime errors.

This doesn't happen if I open and Save with Notepad, so is there a setting or something I have missed with Coffee Cup?

I have had a similar problem when editing a php template file with Javascript popups. I edited some form fields as per instructions from the read me file. After saving the file the Javascript stopped working. But I went back to the original file and did the mods one at a time ( mode, save, upload) and it now woks fine.
