When I login to the software care centre, I don't see ANY of my product history. My download history shows up empty, with no programs being offered for me to update. I have been using HTML Editor since 2001, and this has never happened to me before. I'm currently using 2008 build 236, and now that I know there is a more recent build, I'm wondering why my access to the famous "lifetime upgrades" has been removed.
