I would google for them. There's several free scripts out there with various features. You should be able to find one that fits your needs.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Sure, There are a few scripts that allow setting your time available. so you don't get people trying to chat when your not online.

It really depends on what kind of support you need. We mainly focus on Coffeecup application support in these forums. But that being said there are a lot of knowledgeable people here that may be able to help.
