Have upgraded to Windows 10. The editor is now slow to open.
The box which says do you wish to allow this app to make changes to your computer comes up quickly.
The the circle and cursor start to shudder and it takes 12 secs for editor to open.
Also when I load a project I get:
Error restoring device content.
I have reinstalled.

Did you install Windows 10 fresh or upgrade over? I have always seen issues with apps (not just ours) when an OS is upgraded. Installing fresh is always the best thing to do when dealing with operating system upgrades.

Upgrade over Win 7
Had a look and found following:
Once you upgrade W10 w/ the free upgrade offer you will able to clean reinstall Windows 10 on same device any time.
Not totally clear at this stage how you do that.

Actually, I am less than thrilled with the glitches that are constant when I am using Coffee Cup Version 18- Build 890.
I keep getting this notice . . . in the center of the screen
AND
many of the function icons in the toolbar are not showing.
I have completely uninstalled, and then reinstalled with no improvement . . . several times.
Your help page doesn't (help) . .
Any ideas???

Hi Jim,
I guess that you wanted to attach an image, but the mentioned image has no link to it.
I'm using the Editor regularly, but I have not had any of the problems you mention.
Which Windows version are you using?
Did you install the THML Editor to its default location?
Have you tried to run it as an admin?
