6. What specific steps have you taken to create this issue? IT HAS BEEN MOSTLY WHEN I AM WORKING WITH THE TABLE DESIGNER, RESIZING TABLES

7. Does it occur every time? yES PRETTY MUCH DOES at least 8-10 times

8. Can you recreate this on another computer? NO, DON'T HAVE ANOTHER COMPUTER TO TRY IT ON

Also how do you insert a image into a table? I have tried it in table designer but that is where I run into trouble also.

I see your using 2007. We just released 2008. Can you uninstall what you have now , reboot and then download the latest version.
