HI
I used HTML 16 for many years and recently changed host and since the use FTP TLS
I installed HTML 18 and set it to my new server FTP TLS settings.
HTML 18 will CONNECT but uploads 0 bytes files.
I tried ALL SFTP options: SSL Explicit, SSSL Auto and Secure FTP via TLS port 22
ALL gives the same results: 0 bytes files uploads.
FileZilla connects and uploads OK. but it's annoying using 2 software at the same time instead of hitting the F4 on HTML editor.

My Host: NameCheap
my server is: Stellar Business

What can I do?
Thanks.

Hi, I see that you have also posted in this group a while ago: https://www.coffeecup.com/forums/html-e … post299748 . As far as I know, there has not been any solution here yet. I will, however, ask about it.

Maybe you could ask your host what the best FTP configuration would be and then let us know.
Ha en riktig god dag!

I have had this issue for sometime on one site.

As Inger says no solution yet.

It's doing it to me too. Server Admin switched to TLS login, and now the builtin FTP only uploads 0 byte files.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
