Exception in CloseDatabase - Post ID...

What is an "Exception in CloseDatabase" when trying to open up Lockbox?

I do have a backup from 30 days ago but have added data since then that is important. Is this similar to some type of corruption or can I get it back without going to an earlier version?

Hiya William,

I would suggest opening a support topic with CoffeeCup rather than posting here as this is a user to user forum.
You can get to the support room by using the menu at the top. Just mouse over Support on the Menu and choose Your Support Room. From there you can open a support topic and ask them what you need so they can assist you. Good luck and let us know what the problem was if you would please.

Ok, will do.

Now I know why my item was not searchable. I thought user forum was similar to a support forum.
