Getting a challenge now. Updated to build 75 but no difference.
So first I used CCleaner, still the same.
I then removed Lockbox using Revo Uninstaller, with which you can remove registry items.
I then installed again and at this stage it is backing up.

Yes, OK will do that.

Now on build 77 and backup still working.
I will be turning off soon for the end of the day, will check in morning to see if all is still ok.

I'm still trying to break it - but it is still working.
Backup still fine.
Email set up and working.
I've created a shared file, emailed it out and then imported it into Lockbox.
So no problems found.
