Because LockBox V4 is all about sharing confidential data, selling just 1 license did not make any sense to us. As an existing LockBox customer, you can get the multi-license version (1 extra copy for free) and all the new sharing features for only $5.

We have not set a date yet on when this will be publicly released as an upgrade.

If the new sharing features and and multi-licensing does not peak your interest, you can simply continue to use version 3.1. However, $5 cheaper then a coffee at Starbucks. ;-)

What you will get:

* ability to import data from a CSV file.
* email system to share data files with others.
* ability to customize the name of the database file.
* functionality to store the internal database in any location.
* open a database from the file menu without having to close database first.
* nested folders under the groups.
* 10 more custom fields.

For $5 - got to be a deal. Well worth doing.

so I can store my database in my sdrive and access it form my flash drive with lockbox on it anywhere in the world.. right??

If you like, yes. Just FTP it into your S-Drive account and then you can download it and use it anywhere. Uploading to S-Drive however is not part of LockBox. That would still be done with Direct FTP.
