Not sure what your settings are but if you push the play button it will autoplay.

Do you have autoplay check marked in the Slides Tab ?

There is a bug with the Play and Pause Buttons where if you hit Play and wait for the slides to advance and then at some point in the slideshow hit Pause then Play again the slideshow will start over from the beginning rather than continue to the next slide.

Yes - I don't know what happened but it starting working!!!
