It's hard work now when I edit a file opens it does not remain on the slide I wish he goes constantly to the next so I make any changes.

It sounds like you clicked the Play Button found either on the Layouts Tab or the Design Tab. Click the Pause Button and it will stop.

The only way a slide can "play" is if you have clicked the Play button. If you go to the Design or Layout Tab, it would look like this:

Click the center button (Pause) and it will stop playing.
If that does not work, please make a video of what you see and that will help us understand the process you are taking.

Thanks! Can you attach your project file please so we can look at the setup? Also, what build are you on? You should be using 1.1 Build 462. If you are not on that build, download the latest version and re-save your project.
