Does Constant Contact have a place to enter custom html?

We used and analyzed** all editors from all (major) Email Marketing Service Providers (EMSPs) before making the decision to develop Responsive Email Designer. They all allow for uploading a file or pasting the HTML. Constant Contact allows this as well, but does not have a very friendly workflow* for doing this. *Note 1: With MailChimp and Campaign Monitor it is way easier to use a custom template.
**Note 2: All these editors are similarly restricted, whereas this prevent display inconsistencies, it also severely limits expression and design freedom. Especially when it comes to making design custom changes for mobile devices. Responsive Email Designer was created to solve this, allowing for design freedom with display consistency, across both mobile and desktop email clients.
