Hi,

So, the program keeps crashing when I am trying to export HTML or send a test email.

Sometimes it gives me the message "Error while connecting to your CoffeeCup account.".

I've tried reinstalling, reconnecting my account, running as an administrator but with no luck.

Please help me asap.

I get the same message can't find the problem, I did report it but no reply.

Really? Why would they be silent? We bought this software and it's not working.

Last thing I heard was that they are trying to replicate it in order to find out why it is crashing. When they know the reason, it will of course be easier to do something about it than only guessing.
