Placing images in RED - Post ID 250026
Finally began viewing, trying, reading User Guide for RED Business. I added back the online component as it makes good sense.
I'm lost when it comes to adding my images which I have added. Also I am not having luck with using an inline class that I named, for text enhancement, after creating one. It seems that the class name will hold but not the attributes that I have applied.

In RED, go to the Design Tab for each image and change the Source to Online Image. Right below that a box will appear. Just paste in the URL to your image and it will appear in RED.

I have added images but don't know how to determine their urls. Have I missed something in initial setups?

That would be something you would need to know. These are images you uploaded to your website, so they would be stored under your primary website URL. But yeah, no guessing there. You have to know that part.

Project Resources window / Add Images
where are images located when I add images here? If not online then these are considered local? If in the Design pane I select Local Image as the source I don't do any better.
I thought that adding back the $9.00/month hosting or S-drive would let me upload and link to the CC server cleanly for images.
Clearly I'm missing something.??

Those are stored within the project file which are Local Images. With your Mailer Account you can upload images as well, but that is not done with RED. You have to use Direct FTP or Free FTP to do that. Once you upload your images, you would take the URL to whatever you uploaded and use that in RED when you change the Source to Online.

Not sure if my comment just went out...
doing better, what guideline(s) should I follow for using the HIDE function? Can it be applied to any item? row, column, image, paragraph, etc. ?

Hi Robert,
Yes you can set the "Display" to none for any element, row, column, or subgrid.

I think I'm doing well now with RED but still have to polish my skills. Thanks all for the advise.
