I bought this software and wanted to use it to make a newsletter that I would send using Outlook. But when I do the export all I get is a html file and no image directory. I could not find a work flow that would show me how to design the email in RED Email designer and then use that code to make a new outlook email. I don't know if this explains it. I don't want to use Coffee cup email designer with mailchimp. Before I upgrade any Coffee cup software I have I want to make sure it can do what I need.

The workflow is:
Design and responsive email in R.E.D. and export it to Outlook and then send it to my list.

No worries if it can't do this, I just want to hear from experienced users here.

Did you create an image folder in your resources and add the images into that folder. I believe that you have tothem point the image to that folder/image-name using an absolute link but then I don't use outlook so not exactly sure (someone else maybe able to chip in and correct me if thats wrong

Thank for your reply. The only thing that gets exported is "email.html" no folders no image nothing. Is there a check box somewhere for the images to get exported?

I watched some Coffeecup.com produced tutorial videos that showed the folders in the export and said you could upload them to your own website.

Actually I have just noticed,,you are exporting the thing Why??
if you want to send it as an email you need connect it to your 'Outlook" email account,
