I was looking at your site Steve and saw that custom.css. I could see why you had it but also figured out that you probably needed to take a new approach. I'm working on a site at the moment and am taking a suggestion that Inger actually mentioned to build the mobile design first. I didn't do that on the first version but I'm going back and doing the mobile design first, now that I know how the owner wants it to look. It's a way different way of looking at site design and you can see why it's best to keep thing simple.
I totally see you points here Eric and it is very hard to wrap my mind around approaching this from a different angle. Responsive web design in general is a very time consuming. But the benefits are clear, by future proofing your website you should only have to design it once and from that point it doesn't really matter what new device comes out your website will work on it. This is a major change in mobile development!
@Gunsmoke made the changes to the grammar
@Adam fixed the home page fonts and headers. Still thinking on the testimonials page.
