I am starting with RLM. In the past I have set the global default settings in the CSS for the body tag. This includes things like maximum width, background color; etc. Is there a way to do this in RLM?

Here is an example:
body {width:820px;
margin-left:auto;
margin-right:auto;
font-family: geneva, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
border-right: 20px;
border-left: 20px;
border-style:solid;
border-color:#2C0059;
background-color: #FAF0E6 ;
height: 100%;
font-size: 16px;
color:#2C0059;
}

Hi Tom. For the settings that you are describing, you should set them on the grid.

Click the Layout Tab.
Click Grid.
Click the Properties Tab.
Make your settings there.

Keep in mind that RLM is a layout maker with lots of extras. Font colors, etc. are set on the various heading, paragraph and text elements. To set them for an element globally, by sure to choose "Type" for the "Apply To" setting before you make your changes. See http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … ut-design/ for more information about apply styles.

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.
