I have a row split into 2 with an image on the left (minimum width set)

On the right I have a Heading and some text below it...
Is it possible to add a some text (page hyperlinks) to the bottom of this that stay on the bottom?

This whole row would be like a title for each page. The image on the left stays the same; The title and text on the right change; but I want the text hyperlinks on the bottom right to stay on the bottom right of the row.

So if I flip pages the title image and the hyperlinks will always be in the same place.???

Is there a way to make sure the hyperlinks (text) cling to the bottom of the row/column????
