I am having difficulties using my S-drive. I have the webbie account and have had it for 2 years and 5 months approx. I have been reading over many old posts in this forum on this subject to try and figure out answers to the questions. My account has been in use all of this time but probably about more than 2 years I have not made any upload changes to the site. I have done some uploading images to storage to use with red and some uploading files to storage to use for saving zipped files to open up application files for viewing and other such testing purposes.
I cannot figure out how to upload my RSD file to view it from my S-drive for development and testing purposes. I remember in the early days of the S-drive I had 2 free coffee cup domains to use however you wanted. I seem to have lost one of them and the other is being used for the one web site and I cannot seem to use it for testing purposes as I would like to. I have 3 domains that are all on the S-drive and I renewed them and bought them through CC. Two are purchased and one is the free coffee cup one. It seems that the domains control panel has not been put into operation so far? There is limited control that seems to have been the same as the last time that I used it. I cannot upload to what and where I want to with my directFTP CC software and do not know how best to set that up.
I still have an old domain that I let go showing up in my domains records that needs to be deleted. I spend lots of time trying to figure out how to do things and come to the conclusion that I need to put in trouble report ticket. Seems the wise thing to do would just to have policy to go there first so as not to waste time.
There are many questions posted in the forums that do not have posted answers. Many of the questions that I now have.
Is there some detailed S-drive instructions listed on the CC documentation that I do not know about?

If you want to upload the RSD project file, you need to use Direct FTP or Free FTP to do that. Just click Servers and then the Black Gear Icon and that will connect you. You can upload supported file types to the SITES or STORAGE folders. Your Shop, Stream and Forms folders are protected and you cannot upload to those locations.

If you want to publish your RSD site, you can do that through the software by clicking the Publish icon and then enter your CoffeeCup credentials. Here you select one of your websites that you want to publish to.

S-Drive really works just like any other hosting you might have. We have just integrated it directly within our software to make things easier.

I opened up my Direct FTP, attached scrn shot. That sober cert is one of my old non existing domains, guess that needs to be changed. Anyway I seem to have files saved there that are recent. What URL would I use to access that RLMP exported project?
That is the domains that needs to be removed from my domains records. I would like to use the coffee cup free domain for the testing purposes (storage). My site is under the homepaintersofjaxfla.com listed in the directFTPserver settings but my S-drive domain management records tells me that it is in the S-drive under the coffee cup doman name. Seems I need to restructure all of this.
I could probably upload the RSD file to this attached listed storage place but the name is all wrong. And I do not know how to make up the url so that I can view or download it.

The URL would be whatever you uploaded it to. Just like with any hosting account, you just use your domain name and append the folder name to it. S-Drive is no different, so don't over think the process. ;)

If you want to add additional domains, you can do that through your S-Drive Dashboard. If you want one deleted, open a support ticket and tell us which one to remove.

OK, I found the url by clicking on the file and then rt clicking on it and selecting send url to clipboard and then pasting it somewhere and reading it. I found the missing storage files that i could not find. it changed recently from workhorsepainting to homepaintersofjaxfla because I changed that in the domains management recently when trying to figure out things.
Guess i need to post in another topic because of the problem with the rendering of the url I am interrested in it is the exported RSD project the name of the project is from RLMP because it was exported from there to rsd and then exported again so it has an rlmp name.

http://www.homepaintersofjaxfla.com/sto … index.html

Is not rendering with the images or styling, guess the files and folders are not set in the storage to get proper rendering of the project.
guess that you cannot edit in an attachment

Why are you uploading website content to the storage folder? As with all website content, that is what the sites folder is for. The storage folder is for support files, not websites. That is why you are having these problems.

I want to be able to view it from the web. The site part of my S-drive has my workhorsepainting/homepaintersofjaxfla site on it. Can I upload this project file to the site section where my live site lives without interfering with it?

Sure. Just create a folder and upload the files into there.
