Form Name Already Exists - Post ID...

Ok..where is it? I have two forms on a site..one is for general inquiries..the other is for Human Resources. The HR one uploaded to SDrive just fine.. the other one I keep getting the "a form with this name already exists". I have changed the name a dozen times ( in General tab). Keep getting the same popup message. Where am I not seeing i?

You need to change the file name of the form project file (form1.fb, form2.fb, form3.fb) etc. The form name is just for display in the S-Drive Dashboard.
