Has anybody done a guest book? I'm creating a memorial website for a friend, and would like visitors to the site to be able to post a response and/or share their remembrances of the person. Does such a thing exist? If so, what software would best accomplish this?

I was thinking of inserting a form they could fill out and submit to me, then I would code the responses into the web page. Is this the best way to do this, or does Coffeecup provide some such thing?
