Having trouble uploading to my domain...

This is the email I received from CoffeeCup: Hey there,

The domain name you bought through your dashboard (babyboomerradio.net) is all set up and ready to use, and it’s pointing to your memorieslive365.coffeecup.com S-Drive account.

Hooray! Time to go celebrate by spreading the word about your new website.

Thanks,

The CoffeeCup Team

Firstly, I upload using FTP Direct and it always times out and never uploads. When I use S Drive it does upload to "memorieslive365.coffeecup.com/. But when I go to the website I purchased from CoffeeCup, it says "There is Nothing Here Yet". Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I got the web domain on October 30, so am trying to early to upload to that site?
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

https://memorieslive365.coffeecup.com I entered this in the url line and have attached screen shot of what came up. Is this your site so far? You need to make a xml site map and upload that and then submit to google so as to get the page indexed and then it might start coming up. Until then going directly to the one on the sdrive and it will call up. I could not get it to show without the coffeecup part of the domain name. I am guessing that it needs to be indexed.

You may have to put in a trouble report to your support room. Let them know that your purchased domain is not pointing to the one on the S-drive with the coffeecup added to it. Probably need to change the coffeecup s-drive name to babyboomerradio.coffeecup.net then when you take the coffeecup part out your real domain is there. You have a mismatch of the domain names.

Thanks Greg. I have submitted a ticket to support so we'll see what they have to say.

Thanks for your response.
