Adrian are you on another person's account? You're saying you purchased VSD, but you show as on a guest account which shows you as no purchase as of yet. If that's not the case you might want to contact CC http://www.coffeecup.com/help/myroom/ and let them know it's not updated your account to a paid user. If you haven't yet purchased it as stated then ... never mind
