I'm not sure just what this function is all about. I have created an account and uploaded some files using FTP for a test website but can't access them .

How about some detailed instructions on what can be done and how to do it?

I'm certainly not going to spend money until I understand how this system functions.

Have you changed the drop down menu to 'site' on the settings page?

If you go to you S-drive, Click on settings and under the header 'service settings' it says "Show my *Drop Down Menu* on the home page." Change that to site, Click save and that should be it.

If you go to http://www.coffeecup.com/sdrive/dashboard/#site you can see all your files and on the right hand side, you will find many articles that will explain S-Drive.
