I have the mineral theme and have edited it pretty successfully to what I want. However, the default colours for the Mineral theme contain greens and I'm changing these over to my own colours which are generally blues & grey.

Anyway, the problem is that I've edited all the WIF files and all was going fine until I spotted that the navigation links are still showing as green under certain situations and I can't find where the green is coming from. It's getting very annoying as I've been looking for this for days off and on.

It's not the images and I've been through all the SCDP pages and can't see any green there either!

My test site is here: http://www.jsminiatures.co.uk/staging/index.php and you should see that if you click on the navigation links that they are green when you're on that page, so 'home' is green when you're on the home page and 'products' is green when on the product page.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Looks to be the "Current Page Item Background" in the "Navigation Menu" properties, Background tab.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Ah! Thanks Eric :)

You don't also happen to know why I'm only getting 1 category showing under 'products' do you? I should have about 11.

Yes, that's why i don't understand it. They all show up if you click on the product page but not in the drop down menu.

Yes, I'm re-designing the site so I uploaded the new look to my test site which is at the original link in my first post.

I kept the products the same etc so I could test it properly as things like the shopping cart don't work in preview as you will know.

Hiya Jennifer,

Are you using the most recent version of the program? This was a bug a while back, but an update in 2010 should have fixed this (did for a lot of us) so check first and see if that's the issue, and let us know if not :)

Hi Jo Ann,

yep, just double checked for updates through SCDP and it says I'm up to date.

ok, but did you install it? :P Have to ask that sorry lol, just making sure as there's many times I've downloaded a program update and got sidetracked and "thought" I updated it and didn't so check to be sure that the info in the program is the same as the current version. You can usually find that information under Help in the menus and then About (insert program here) and that should open a window that shows the exact version you are using. Can you verify that for us please? :)

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
