When you're making loads of changes as I am and uploading to see the results this becomes an annoyance.

A special folder that cannot be overwritten when making new changes. I have a customised style sheet and some images that I’ve added to the site using the HTML tool. Every time I make changes, these files get saved over. Not so much of an issue as I have a copy of these files and I simply copy them back into the relevant folder after it’s been updated but it's the little things that can often make a big difference to the overall feel of using a software like this.
