Just bought SCDP and am working with the theme 'diamond blank' I think it is called. I would like to have the nav menu and the footer area changed to a burgundy color.

Since the navigation menu is a png I presume I cannot change the color.
Anyone got any suggestions as to how I could change the colors?? in either menu bar or footer area??

thanks

Don't know that theme, but...
How about creating a similar png in the colour you want, give it the same name and dimensions as the original one and put in the same location?

Easy as pie. Just load the image into WIS (Web Image Studio) and change the footer color to whatever you want. Save the image. I would make a backup of the original image before you start. Just in case. With WIS you can alter the color of the image without having to re-make the image.

Hey, thanks Inger and Gunsmoke. I have been fiddling around with making a simple png but don't come up with just what I want -- I really like the original.

Now that I have replaced it I cannot seem to find where the images for SCDP are located on my machine. Still looking.

ugh

Well, this is almost comical:D I found where it should be
\Documents\CoffeeCup Software\Web Image Studio\Theme Graphics\Cyan Shop\Shopping Cart
but nothing is in the Shopping Cart.

What am I doing wrong??

I can't find out the dimensions because I can't find the png but that is a simple idea Inger. Both are easy ideas and I should have thought of them before I changed the png to one of my own creation.

After loading the theme into my cart, and saving the cart, I find the images here...

Easiest way to just change color and not design is with WIS.

You know the answer to that one. The only 'dumb' question is the one you don't ask! :D
