My Shopping Cart has been running for several years and not had a problem with publishing.
The OS was Windows 7 Pro 32bit. Because I need more memory to handle large Graphics the OS has been changed to Windows 7 64bit Service Pack 1. Since this was done the Publishing appears to go smoothly , but does not update anything. It reports the publishing as successful.
* Several browsers on two computers with empty cache's have been used to view.
* The FTP path is correct & is shown correctly while publishing is in progress.
* Permissions on the Apache server have been checked.
* An example is if you 'un-publish' a stock item the blue disk is removed, but it still shows as published on the server.
* If you add a stock item it shows in the program but not online after publishing.
Publishing not working and no error...
