sally,

for what it is worth. I find that the shopping cart program is very google friendly. Anytime, I have used cart, it oftentimes appears more often and before any of my html pages. So, sitemap is not necessarily that important because ultimately, you site map is going to be gigantic with all of the products it will list.

Did you have a question Mr. Hicks?

Eric... I fear that Mr.Hicks is actually a Mrs.Hicks. Having looked at her site, I think we can safely say that she is just sitting quietly awaiting the arrival of the SCC Pro. Perhaps her smiley comment is more eloquent than lots of words!

Sadly I can wait no longer for the pro version.
The update to my site has been on hold for the "coming soon" program for way to long, and I am sure I have lost much money due to that.
I have spent a fair amount of money with coffee cup and have had use out of the programs, but still feel I have been mislead as I invested as a way forward to getting the new program at a reduced cost by investing early.
The main aspect I did need was a stock control element. IE if I sold 5 and only 5 were in stock then it would not let anyone else buy one. Nothing P's off a customer more who buys something only to be told it is not in stock (other than being told the pro version of a program is out soon, but 8 months later it is still not available).
I feel very let down and will no longer be recommending the coffee cup programs to others.
I gave you guys a more than fair chance but you failed to deliver, very disappointing.

*EDIT* Removed the other post that was identical to this one from the petition thread. I'm pretty sure the point is very clear in one thread.

Sorry to hear you are feeling this way; however, i am unclear how, or what form you invested money in PRO to forward its' progress.

Many people are unclear (and I was also till recently) it is not just PRO that is sitting on the shelf collecting dust because no one wants to release it, PRO is one piece of the puzzle that includes Creator basic, Designer Basic, and Designer PRO, all work harmoniously.

I can understand the frustration, I have it also, but I can't afford a you failed me position in today's economy.

Unforunately Nigel, the pro version of Cart Creator is just one of many projects that Coffeecup is developing. Both variants of the Cart Designer program have also had to be modified and refined to work with the pro version of Cart Creator. However having said that, like many others I feel that a little more communication from the 'official' sources of Coffeecup would not have gone amiss. Keeping customers informed is a very powerful tool for customer retention.

Geeze Nigel, I hate people that complain like that. It isn't like any of us paid for the Pro version yet. I am extremely happy with what I purchased. I paid $49 for an application almost 6 months ago and it is the best investment I made. Sure I want the pro version, but I can't complain about something I have not even yet purchased.

With everything CoffeeCup does for us, I can afford to give them a little slack over all this. What other company out there helps their users like they do. Have you ever tried posting for help in a ZEN cart forum and get help from the developers? NO!

So Nigel, have a beer, go get some lunch and chill! :)

Actually, they have a very good help system and forum. If you are not technically inclined to post an informed question and apply what is given you, than a system like CC Shopping Cart is better suited for you. You just can't beat the simplicity and security of it's design.
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
