Hi John

If you go back into Shopping Cart Creator > Your Shop > Server What path did you enter in for the Remote Folder?

The FTP account is setup to /public_html and I have left the remote folder empty within the program.

You can't leave it empty. You should then put in a / for the server root folder if you are defaulted automatically to public_html

Scott,

Thank you for the help.

This is correct, current has " / " and has fully uploaded but the problem still exisits.
We are still getting the same message, the program automatically put root " / " in.

I would then suggest you open a support ticket so our techs can look into this for you. If you can also provide us with FTP access, that would help too.

John,

You might want to try in your remote folder /public_html/ (has / at the end)

It works for my situation, maybe mine is different than yours :)

If all fails, I know that CC support will get you what you need. They are great,

Kim
