It looks like about half of the Shopping Cart files are not on your server. I am getting a 404 for just about everything. How did you upload these files to your server? Did you upload them manually or through the software?

I had to do it manually. It would not upload through the software

However you are doing it manually, that isn't quite working for ya. 
I would suggest opening a support ticket and telling us why you cannot upload through the software. We maybe able to get that issue fixed.
