i need a calendar/sign up thing for class attendees. i was thinking about using the shopping cart for this function (as i could substitute stock quantity for # of students allowed in a class) the shopping cart would allow students to sign up for multiple classes at once as well.

thoughts?

i know, i know, there are tons of online schedulers out there, but i don't want to pay a monthly fee for all the 'extra' stuff i wouldn't need.

observations?

well, i just read the thread on stock quantity and since it doesn't allow for an auto sold out i'm not sure this would work
