Hi all, I've had an order for an item which costs £9, and I've set up the shipping of my items so that the customer selects which option applies. The customer has done this, and selected items under £10, and paid £2.50 postage. Paypal has also added £3 postage onto the total, and I have no idea where this came from. Can anyone help? Hi Janet. Just did a test purchase and took it to PayPal and it does only show £2.50 postage from the cart. It looks like the problem is how you have payments set up on the PayPal site. If PayPal are adding £3.00 on top for the shipping, then there is something that you need to change in the shipping options on the PayPal site itself.

Log into PayPal and look under profile / seller preferences.

There is something not quite right with your 1st page after clicking on paypal

the returne to shop button doese not line up with the continue shopping button, when viewed in IE8 (dont know if it could be relevant ie bad install?)

apart from that i took it through to paypal with £2.50 showing postage wise
