How do I change the order/position of items displayed on the Home page on the Shopping Cart?

May not be the best way, or the only way, but all I do is 'Drag & Drop' the item where I want it. Not much help but it's all I've got. Hope it helps.

That's all the help that's necessary I think Gunsmoke It's a drag and drop thing, just grab the entire product box and drag it to the position you want it in.

To further this, you can also drag and drop products to other categories and sub categories too.
