Grats Mitch, sometimes it's as simple as that, even though that's a bit time consuming think about it this way:

In one day you not only got answers, you also got it working without having to do a weeks worth of emails to some Support company for some remote cart process that you have no control over (in other words you can't reinstall it if the install was bad on their end lol) and myriads of other things that get in the way of getting things up and running dealing with other companies and pseudo-software (virtual).

Gotta love CoffeeCup!

You are absolutely right. There arent many companies like CoffeeCup. I actually feel like they really care about customers. Customer service is top notch! Their products are so user friendly too.
