Images not appearing on Shop - Post...

I've revised a theme in SCD Pro and created a shop in SCC Pro. I've uploaded it through SCC Pro and everything looks fine, except there are no product images showing - just a word description of them.

I've double checked I didn't click on something when revising the theme and even see the images files under the ccdata/images folder so I'm not sure why they are not appearing.

Any thoughts? The shop site is www.emgeetrading.com/shop

Many thanks!

Looks like it could be a corrupt file or something. Does it preview locally? I would try reimporting the theme then republishing the shop.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Thanks Eric.

It does preview properly. I tried re-saving and re-importing the theme, then re-publishing the shopping cart file, but to no avail. Any other ideas?

I use One.com for my hosting. Does that have any affect? I know Go-Daddy can sometimes be difficult.

When i try to access any of your images directly from the source code (e.g.: http://www.emgeetrading.com/shop/ccdata … in_3_8.jpg ), I get a "500 Internal Server Error" as follows:

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@one.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

If the image had not existed in the right folder, or similar error, I would have expected to see a 400-series error: "Page not found".
You may want to contact One.com and see if they have any answers or suggestions.

Looks like there's some files missing or your php isn't setup correctly. The servertest.php should be here.
http://www.emgeetrading.com/shop/ccdata … rtest.php. I would contact your host as Per recommended.

Odd thing is I have other websites with SCC shopping carts on them and they work fine, though I haven't re-uploaded them in a while and now I'm a bit hesitant to play with it!

Does the server test always upload with cart?

Okay, I just published another of my shops to a different website and subpage and it loaded without any problems. Everything loaded, all pictures are visible and all links work without error messages.

So clearly it is not a problem with my hosting service, but I did contact them - just in case.
Can you see any other problems? Would a file list help?

I've also now also tried publishing the "issue" Shopping Cart to a known working website (with another shopping cart working properly in another subpage) and I get the same problem. No pictures. So it must be something with the publishing/theme modifications.

I think it may be time for a support request?

Okay, absolutely NO idea why it worked, but...
my hosting service suggested deleting the "Options -Indexes" in the .htaccess file.
I did so and it made no difference. :(

So I then re-published the site and it said something somewhere about "adjusting permissions" or the like and now, Voila! everything works!

Maybe that will help someone out there in the future even though I haven't a clue what just happened! :P
Thanks all for the efforts!
