Inventory Issue - Post ID 146103

Hi,

I'm using the pro version and have a question regarding the Inventory feature.
If I select the products grid and set the inventory to '1' for a product whilst default and min Qty are both also set at '1', why does the inventory 'remaining' show a figure of '2', surely this should also be '1'? Or am I missing something here?

There is no field called "whilst default", so I am not sure which field you are referring to.

Shopping Cart Creator seems not to have a way to deal with an inventory at all. On page http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … inventory/ we are instructed to "...click the Your Shop button in the Toolbar. This opens the Your Shop tab in the Shop Settings window. Switch over to the Inventory tab".

But I have no Inventory tab :/
Just General - Pages - Custom Markup
Can you help?

Inventory tracking is only available in SCCP.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
