Maybe relabel Account as My Account or My Profile, a simple thing but I think it would then be more obvious that it leads somewhere relevant to the "user" personally.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.

You actually don't have to click "Support" to get to any of those items. If you look at the top of the page it says:

Hi Scott
If you click Account or Get support you go to the same display.
People who use the forum on a regular basis know where to go but its the new forum members who tend to ask where do I raise a support ticket.
There is still no drop down menu from Account
I still feel a drop down menu as you roll over get support to show
- raise support ticket
- Ask a question
- FAQ etc
would be more visual to a new user
Just my thoughts

I agree with Dave. I remember it took me awhile to figure things out when I first started.
The philosopher has not done philosophy until he has acted upon the mere conviction of his idea; for proof of the theory is in the act, not the idea.

Just to get back on topic here... how far away is the Pro Version? Just looked everywhere for it on the site... mixed in between all the egg hunting but did not see it. I am looking for that illusive feature to toggle on and off an item since there will be no inventory limit control.
The pro version is actually finished now. It is just having the documentation and tutorials updated for its release.
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
