Linking from shopping cart to a...
I'd like to create a link from the shopping cart page to a static page titled Privacy Policy (and a link back to the cart). What is the easiest way to do this?

The easiest way to do it would be to create a static page within the shopping cart. There is no need to go outside the cart for static pages.
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
If you still want to do this on a page outside of SCC one of the easiest ways is to add a link in your footer to your privacy policy. I've done this with a copyright link on my site if you'd like to see what I mean. The footer can be edited inside SCC under the Pages section of the site. Otherwise, doing as Tom suggests works just as easy

How about just adding a new page called Privacy Policy that will show in the menu

I have a page called privacy policy, but thought our customers might like it if we put a link to the privacy policy on the same page that we have a form on which we ask for their name, phone no., etc.

Hiya David,
If it's just a link you're needing add it either under the form or something of that nature. You can make it look pretty much like it's part of the form setup by just putting a sentence under the form telling people where to find the privacy policy etc. No need to make it too difficult nor any reason to really add it to the form itself if that's what you were trying to do.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
