I recently paid for and redownloaded CC shopping cart designer and creator. I carefully saved my scc file and shop folder, so no problem, until I wanted to adjust the theme, and find that I can't. Also I didn't backup my banner pic, because I forgot to do it. It was in the header folder of designer, but now is unavailable. The theme is current in creator, and also on line. How can I get back the pic to recreate the theme?

Hi anneinwales, if the theme containing the banner is currently in SCCreator, you can preview a shop in SCC using that theme and have the pic show up in the browser preview. Since you've lost your shop files, and if you don't already have any other version of a saved shop to preview, just begin creating a new shop, then preview. Your banner should display. Right click and save. Hope this helps.

What Steven says... and also if your banner is actually still live on your site you can just right click and copy it right from there too
