Menu Background - Post ID 97267
Hi,
Has anyone managed to input a repeating background (vertical) to
fill in the blank space generated when the main content overshoots
the menu length?
Cheers,
Baz.

I don't understand the question. Do you mean filling in the extra space on the right and left side of the web page?

Hi,
Sorry, please have a look here. The menu stops half way down the page
into white space.

It's no big deal, I could just remove the menu image and leave blank,
unless you have a solution.
Thanks,
Baz.

If I understand your question you could put an image there first then put your menu over it so that when the menu reaches the end the image is displayed from there down.
Hi,
That's it.
A background image to take it all the way down to the bottom. Seamless to meet up to the menu.
It would just be the same background as the menu (repeated).
I suppose a contrasting colour would also do the job.

Cheers,
Baz,
It might be worth mentioning again.
If you are using bespoke HTML for your pages I have found the spacing padding and border attributes are not recognized in the table tags.
If you look at the site I am working on I have used in-line CSS for
the padding also single border lines and colour. It works fine.
