CoffeeCup Shopping Cart Creator: Has a folder inside called "old_locations.bak0", Config.dat, and SCC.lic

Shopping Cart Creator: Has what looks like the full program being the current files etc.
Am I able to delete the first two folders you think? Or should I just leave it alone?
My CoffeeCup Software folder is soooooo messy. I think because it installed HTML Editor into the main directory instead of a separate one so all the files for that are in the main CoffeeCup Software folder instead of an HTML Editor folder of any kind. It's a really really long list of files and folders in that directory and most of it is the Editor's contents. Not sure that should have done that either, but that's how it is lol.
Anyways, I was going through to find the shopping cart creator folder and that's when I realized there were 3 of them. The last one has current dated info in it so I'm sure that's the current one installed. The first 2 have things that are older and the newest is 10/5/09 in the 2nd one. Lemme know if it's ok to delete them or not
