I'm having a problem open up the shop in the browser.I keep getting


Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /shop/ on this server.

I noticed no index.php page ever loaded..I did remember an index page on previous uploads but when I had to updated my server plan to more memory, and since have been having problems opening the site.

Any suggestion?

It doesn't look like any of the files uploaded. Are you sure you uploaded everything to /shop? If so, do you get any errors during the upload?

I tried it again and it did give me an error, hmm.. what would be the reasoning for that?

I would suggest opening a support ticket and send us some screen shots and another other pieces of info you can think of and we can look into this issue a bit closer for you.
