That file is included with the Shopping Cart scripts when you upload.

Hey All thanks for the help. the test results really helped. Took 4 differant people but once I hit them with the test results they figured out what the problem was and corrected it. But now I guess I have to finish inputting the rest of the store.. So with good news comes bad I guess LOL

Thanks Again !!

Hiya Kelly,

Can you let us know what it is they fixed? Just for future users so they will know one of the possibilities to tell their server tech support. Also want to make sure they didn't fix this by changing or having you change any of the files from Shopping Cart Creator too :)

That would most likely be a minimum server configuration problem.

This is what they were saying there at BlueDomino. The PHP files were saving correctly into the folder the software put them in, but the server was set to look for PHP.ini files in a differant location. Soon as the changed that it popped right up. Now I havent had a chance to do anymore work on it yet but I will be doing a lot more updating today. I will see if it still works after I upload my newest changes. I'm hoping they didnt rename any folders.

glad to hear it Kelly, and hopefully they didn't do anything to your files and just set their servers to read the right locations. Guess you'll know soon enough lol. Let us know if there's any other problems and if it isn't fixed let us know that too :)

I am having the same problem - adding items but cart says it is empty

I have checked the servertest.php file and all seems ok - I have also deleted and republished my site.

My other half checked the site in Google Chrome and it works fine, but not in Internet Explorer.

I have raised the matter with the support team but just wondered if anyone else has any ideas?

The website is www.clickclickboutique.co.uk

Thanks in advance
