Hi,
I created a shop in version 3 of SCC containing a few hundred items and then tried to open it in version 3.7 which I have just installed (I didn't get version 3.5) but 3.7 can't even find it.
Also the file system appears to be different i.e. ver3 had "styles" but 3.7 seems to have "themes".
I saved the shop in a folder in the working directory and it consisted of 2 XML files called categories and products and a directory called images.
I would be gratefull if someone can help as it will take hours to recreate the shop from scratch
Thanks in advance
Roger

Your saved shop would still be in the same location before you installed 3.7 We do not touch those files in anyway. The file you MUST have though is the one that has an extension of .SCC That is what you open with Shopping Cart Creator. You may want to search your computer for files with that extension.

That is from a corrupted upload. Many files are either not there or only partially uploaded. Try uploading again or manually delete your shop and re-upload. That should fix the problem.

So is it working now or are you still having problems? The upload function in 3.7 is still the same as the 3.5 version, so you should not have any problems at all that I can think of when you upload.

If /store2 works, just delete /store1 and rename /store2 to /store1 and you will be all set. Follow that?
